“My wife and I have used this service center 3 or 4 times now, and the look, feel and service are all a large improvement from Bill Kolb Jr., where we serviced our previous Subaru. But the real highlight of our experience here has been Esma, our service rep. The level of service she provides elevates the entire shop, and we come in for services that are cheaper elsewhere because we know she will make sure the work is done right. I have had trouble with shops not getting work done correctly on the first visit before, but Esma has shown us time and again that she is as thorough as she is thoughtful. We will keep coming back as long as she is here.”

“what a place really care about there customer before and after the amazing service . i had my 92 BMW Transmission rebuild here at gold seal transmission , Cort helped me out to get the right part for it not to mention it is not easy to find classic BMW part as well took care of other couple parts. i took the my BMW for 2000 miles trip to Texas with no problems at all 5 months later i had a minor leak from my transmission (not related ) to the work gold seal transmission preformed on my car i called Cort for help and sure he did send me to a citified transmission store that took care of my care with no charge because Cort had my rebuild transmission warrantied (the warranty is Honored every where in USA ) witch is very helpful and convenient.
