I had brought my Subaru Impreza to him for an catalytic efficiency fault, which required a new catalytic converter. Another independent shop wanted to charge me full price for parts and labor. Giuseppe took the time to investigate the issue and advised me to bring my Subaru to the dealership, because this repair was covered under warranty. My father in law brought his Honda CRV to a dealership for a noise while moving. The dealership diagnosed it as front wheel bearing (hub) and also charged him with a diagnostic fee. He then brought the car to Spaccavento Auto Service and after one road test, Giuseppe knew it was not the front, but the rear wheel bearing causing the noise. For the price the dealer charged for one front wheel bearing, Giuseppe had replaced BOTH rear wheel bearings!”

“Mike is great and the guys there are really down to earth. They are honest which is the most important, but they are also flexible and good at what they do. They are all mechanics, not administrators so sometimes you need to follow up to get an update on your vehicle, but their work is always high quality. Even in college when I drove really terrible cars they were very understanding and helpful with determining what things needed to be fixed and what things they thought I could do myself to save some money.
