“Yesterday Friday afternoon, I decided to stop by my neighborhood's "That 10 Minute Oil Change" place up in Rochelle Park. To my suprise a gentleman by the name of Dan greeted me and explained that Valvoline bought out this locale. I was tempted to leave and head over to my alternate location in Paramus, but Dan was courteous & polite, so I decided to give this Valvoline shop a try. I was NOT dissapointed. The level of customer service here was outstanding. These gentleman, sure know their craft. They're cordial, professional and patient. Fully explaining the service they were about to provide in detail, including the charges. I would like to specifically Thank a few of these fine Valvoline staff members: 1) Dan, for greeting me with a smile, explaining right away that the previous business was bought out and checking my tire's air pressure. 2) Hector for being so helpful and friendly. He took care of my needs when I asked him if they had Veterans discounts (I'm a US Army Veteran). 3) DeAngelo was friendly as well and assisted me with the dashboard settings in my vehicle. 4) Lucky did an oustanding job with the top side of my vehicle, & suggesting that I should replace my Air Filter. 5) Shamar for his excellent customer service skills and applying my Veteran discount. 6) Last, but not least Michael J. He's the tech that we customers never get to meet/see, but he plays a major role, due to the fact that he's the one bottomside draining that old, dirty oil.
