Despite it 'appearing' to be minor with some of the bump buckling, they spotted a dent in the bumper bracket that needed to be fixed on top of replacing the rear bumper. They fixed that thing in about a day, making the use of a rental kind of pointless, but hey, I didn't pay for it. Loved their quick turn around and consistent communication and I essentially put the accident behind me in less than a week's time. Would recommend as their people know what they're doing and know how to get it done efficiently!”

“Traveling from NYC to Western NY we were unlucky to catch a flat near Hackensack. Being late in the day on July 4th, we were obviously concerned about finding a place that was open to replace the tire. Lucky for us, Carlos and his team at Pep Boys in Lodi, NJ were open and happy to help. Because the car is all wheel drive, we ended up having to replace all four tires. Our SUV has odd size wheels. Although an odd size, they had two brands in stock. They made recommendations and gave us a great deal. Out the door with less than $700 for four tires with mounting and balancing. We were expecting to pay far more. Although it was after five, on a holiday, the team never made us feel rushed or bothersome. Carlos was very accommodating to us. He provided excellent service to us. We sincerely appreciate this. What they did to get us back on the road was greatly appreciated.”
