The medical assistant did not call to advise special medication, that would take 10 days to get, would not be refilled unless we scheduled appointment - the appointment had been scheduled 5 weeks prior and we have been seeing the doctor for 8 months. Truly a poor way to run an office. I would give them a 3 but Dr. Bough is so good I couldn't do that to him.”
