“My spouse and I don't fully understand the negative reviews. Our experience has been mainly positive in the six months we've been bringing our infant here. The doctors we've seen all have wonderful bedside manner, especially Drs. Lee, Birnhak, and Nicpon. They take their time with us, answer our questions, and support us during off hours. Reception is friendly and helpful. We continue to recommend this practice to our friends. It is true that there can be longer wait times, but it also depends on when you schedule an appointment. The front office will tell you that afternoon and evening hours are most favored by parents. Children aren't known for sticking to exact timeframes, and so the case log backs up. Go in the late morning or early afternoon and you may have a different experience. Also, visit any pediatric office this season (Winter 2022-23) and you'll quickly learn that they too are inundated and overwhelmed. This is not due to the doctors' office operations as much as it is to the fact that the pandemic has helped to create a situation whereby other illnesses are spreading disproportionately. Put simply, there are more sick patients to be seen than doctors available, and many parents want to come in at the same time because it's convenient for them. Admittedly, their patient portal isn't the most user-friendly system, and this is why I deduct a star, but it is manageable. Pro tip - you can't view documents in the app. You have to log into the patient portal website. Speaking of websites, they continue to enhance their practice website with more information. They are also open to feedback on how to make it better. One reviewer made a comment about not having proper air filtration. That's probably a good idea given what we've been through throughout the past few years, and hopefully it's a capital investment the office will consider. That said, I won't stop coming here because they don't have portable HEPA filters. The care team is what keeps us here.”

“During COVID I found a psychiatrist and therapist taking new patients. They were wonderful and my mental health journey progressed so well. Often times finding a good doctor is half the battle, because they need a good staff. If you’re fortunate enough to get Mason on the phone when you call the office, you will know why this review is five stars!! He is AMAZING. He knows the doctor’s’ preferences (phone or video), the appointments he books don’t get changed, and he is super responsive!! Thank you for having someone so wonderful!!”

Going to Bergen Oral and seeing Dr. Gordon was so different I was in awe of how patient and kind he and the staff were. “Never been there but I'm sure he's a wonderful doctor. However, their billing/collections department needs an upgrade. They have mistakenly connected my cell phone # with a patient who has an outstanding bill and they call me constantly.. After many attempts to correct the issue and remove my number but to no avail. I am hoping a staff member will see this and change the number for a guy named Gus R. and call a # with the last four of 8842. Harrasement charges can be filled at $1,000 per call if I choose to do so. So far you would owe me about $35,000. Thank you”

“when walking in you meet a friendly and helpful staff, waiting time was very short, Dr Cassilly came in the room right away. He had performed surgery on me, which had gone tremendously well and I needed to discuss another problem with him. He was very open to discussion about my problem, I showed him an MRI report I had and he immediately went to check into the the actual pictures to compare with others I had taken, he explained everything in depth. Unfortunately, my second follow up visit could not happen cause Cliffside Park medical office had to reschedule me but I only found out when I arrived for my follow up visit. Staff at the window was telling me that they could not leave a voice message but I've been getting other messages. Bottom line, big thumbs up for Dr. Fishbein but thumbs down for the front desk.”
