Another plus is that they close a bit later than most places which has been a lifesaver on a couple of occasions. Service is fine, people giving one-star reviews for one-off situations have to take a chill-pill. The owner can sometimes come off as teensy bit snarky, but he knows his stuff and I respect that. Plus, I'm sure he has bigger problems on his mind. Please keep in mind that small Mom and Pop places like this are the lifeblood of our neighborhoods, so do your best to support them and leave the histrionics at the door.”

Their fresh homemade mozzarella rivals anywhere on Arthur Ave. Their deli is amazingly fresh and they carry the finest products. They have also taken extra safety precautions for COVID-19. They were one of the first places that made it mandatory to wear masks inside their store. I was very impressed.”

I went to several different Bicycle shops to test ride bikes, but I received the best customer service at the Trek store. The employees all seem very engaged and enthusiastic about the brand.
