They're used cars people but he gives a month warranty on all his cars, mine had some bad transmission solenoids but he fixed it . So far it's been working perfect , my water pump went bad after 6 months but I know it was my job to fix and I fixed and now it's been a year and perfect no leaks no nothing just normal wear from me having the car .A used car don't last forever so if something happens after that one month of warranty it's up to you to fix it . Good place, when you a good customer he gets you discounts and a specific car if you want a specific car.”

“The salesman Aaron at the Paramus Ulta is the best salesperson I've ever had. I was looking for an item and not only did he walk around and help me find it but he also suggested gift items and I did need a few gifts for the holiday. I went in to buy a gift item that was in the circular for my beautician and they were out of stock on what I wanted and he went into the back and found me something different that I was able to buy instead. I actually bought more than one gift and some stuff for myself because he was so patient. I felt like I was at a real swanky store and I've been to Ulta many times in the past and never had that kind of customer service. He's a hard-working guy. When I walked in he was behind the register unloading a box of all kinds of stuff. I know that their regular people that stock the shelves and do sales do not work on commission and it was nice to know that he was this much of a help without even having anything extra in it for himself. He seemed like someone who generally enjoys his job.”

“The people here are masters of their craft. Absolutely amazing. More than 10 years ago, I was driving in NYC, steered away from a pothole only to have my wheel make contact with the curb. The wheel was nearly new so I was extremely upset. I ordered a new wheel from the dealer and put the damaged wheel in storage thinking that it was unrepairable. Fast forward to the present where I found the wheel in storage and figured I should try to get it repaired. I expected that it wouldn't come out perfect, but could be a decent spare. Turns out I was wrong. I can't find any blemishes or evidence of repair on the wheel. It looks as good as the replacement wheel when I received it from the dealer. The price was very reasonable considering the skill these guys have. Communication is excellent - send them an email, I get a response usually within an hour or at least on the same day. Jesse and Ray are both very friendly and treat you like you're their only customer. Support these guys with your business! It's not easy to find businesses that have great craftsmanship, reasonable prices, and friendly people.”
