“Fantastic staff! Small, intimate in a great way. Felt heard, they were amazing with my new dog, even when at one point I thought she might react they kept her calm. My only quibble is I wish the road they're on wasn't so busy, or the parking lot was behind/fenced. I had extra worry taking my dogs out of the car as they jump out (and aren't fans of going to the vet, understandably!) I'm sure part of my concern is my own anxiety (:”
