“After our 15 yr old water heating began leaking, I needed to find someone to replace the unit. Checked a few big box stores first but didn't feel comfortable with their level of expertise or their availability. I called John at Cross County on a Friday afternoon around 3 pm and explained the situation. He said they could have someone come by for an estimate in the next 15-20 min. Unfortunately, I wasn't home at the time so he said he would check if a crew would be available for the next day. He called me back within 30 min and scheduled me for the next morning. Anthony and Lupe showed up exactly within their 1 hour window the next day. They were both professional, friendly, and courteous. After the job was done, they took the time to go over the unit with my wife and I and answered any questions we had. Their pricing was not the lowest quote I had but I am willing to pay a little extra for quality work and service. I find that it can be difficult to even get a call back or people to show up on time(if at all).”

He says my system is in good condition and does not need changing its been well maintained. Thank God he knew the electrical part also. They came out on a Sunday too!
