(June 26, 2021, 10:43 am)Today 6/26 was the typical wawa rush around 10:15am. Store was starting to get crowded and a line was starting to form. I was 4 people back, took maybe 4-5 minutes. You could tell the staff was a little overwhelmed. At this point the manager on duty (I didn’t catch her name tag) jumped in and started directing traffic and eliminated the line in no time.
People need to understand these workers who yes signed up for customer service, didn’t sign up for shortness in staff, overworked hours, and unforeseen shortness in product. Cut them a damn break, standing in line for your cigarettes and diet soda is probably the healthiest thing you’ll do all day. Treat them like you’d what your family treated while they are doing their best at work.
