“We hired George Calabrese in 2019 to install six windows. He previously did work for us and was known in our senior community. Two years after the installation, we began having problems with window trim sagging on the exterior and three windows pulling away from the interior ledge. We tried contacting him numerous times to no avail. He completely ghosted us. We hired a professional to remove the surrounding siding to see what the problem was; George and his helper used half the amount of nails around the entire window (every other hole) to "secure" the window in place. They needed to be properly secured. The windows have a limited warranty that isn't being honored due to poor installation. Because of his negligence and shoddy work, we've formally complained to the state of NJ and are getting our court case together as I write this review.”
