“It is the best dominican resturant , serving up a variety of gourmount dishes to choose from”

“Looks can be deceiving… The place itself looks a little sketch for sure. However I’ve eaten there several times now & order different things each time. The Egg Rolls and Fried Rice are legit SO GOOD! The Lo-main, the Vegetables & any Roasted Pork items have all been very good as well! The two things I’ve tried & did not like was; 1.) Dumplings they were soggy, tasteless and weird looking. 2.) Crab Sticks they had too much breading and tasted generic. They are “Cash Only” which I don’t like but on the upside it’s not a long wait & pretty good food.”

“What I like about this place the most is that it gives you the vibes that you are in Dominican Republic which we all love. From my point of view the hygiene was also good definitely a thumbs up for me. Also the staff is friendly. Never had a problem with it. From my experience is recommended”

“This is a 5 star stablishment in my opinion due to the service alone”

“Been eating here over 15 years! Consistently delish, clean, reasonably priced Dominican home cooked cuisine.”

“I'm so glad I found this spot. I was at Jimenez tobacco bar talking about places to eat in Newark and how I have not found a decent Dominican spot. Someone assured me that this hole in the wall will not only be the best Dominican food but the experience is authentic. They just have amazing food. So be prepared to ask "what do you have Today" because everything is cooked fresh and the quantity they make once it's gone there's no remaking. I guess the best timing to go is between 11 AM and 3 PM. I went around 4 o'clock and they only had chicharrones de puerco and rice and bean. It was bomb. There's no Dominican flag outside of the restaurant just discreetly and modest as ever. Enjoy.”

“Great food. I can call and ask what they have that is ready to serve and pick it up. I’ve also sat down to eat; great and fast service. It’s a small family owned restaurant that’s perfect for a quick meal.”
