“Cool spot clean and a lot of room I didnt go there for a party I went to watch football. More than enough TV's the food I had was good and it was a nice comfortable atmosphere. I didn't know anyone in there but everyone was pleasant n inviting.. I had the sweet chili wings and fries, nice size wings u get 9 wings with fries for $10 and they are nice size wings. I only got 8 wings in my order but it wasn't a big deal mistakes happen.. Don't get intimidated if you see a lot of cowboy fans they are the ones hosting the football games on Sunday but everyone is welcome....”

“The space is always nice, clean, food/snacks/drinks...great to get away from the main airport-And they had chewy Spree's, how awesome is that!?!? However...my issue is with the staff that is "supposed" to be working- The entire time we were in there a lady that was supposed to be vacuuming and cleaning would stand and talk to any other employee that walked by or could find, and "pretended" to work if a lounge customer would look at her-The entire hour we spent in the lounge she and the others did nothing but "fake" worked and talked to one another-They could care less that their conversations, that were not appropriate could be heard- The fact that they would look at us like we were disrupting their conversations while they were on the clock was a little odd-Maybe, just maybe you don't need to have a ton of people fake working in the lounge all the time-Could save some money by determining the peak hours you need them there and the low times not having so many on staff-”

“My spouse upgraded me to this and I was nervous getting checked in and initially had a hard time getting checked in. Fortunately another United agent helped out and apologized for the glitch. Very spacious lounge in a roundabout setting . Plenty of comfy areas to rest and charge devices. Also generous buffet with hot soup and salad as well as hummus and fresh veggies. Cookies and brownie bites too.”
