I have experience professionalism from the minute I walked in the door. Everyone went way and beyond to address my needs and concerns. The transition into a new car could not be any smoother. Unfortunately a week into my lease, a had a computer malfunction. I spoke with Frank on the telephone in service and he reassured me that my car was fine and to bring it in. This was corrected in a timely manner. Again, my faith was restored when Tom kept me posted with all the details. Please look beyond negative reviews and disgruntle buyers who post them. Look at the reviews of satisfied customers and go by their experience of exceptional customer service!”
