“**updated 10/5/2022** While there have been some issues with the new owners of the building, Tom our property manager has expertly addressed each issue and even quickly rectified any superficial issue within the building. I noticed a new coat of paint in the hallways and a new set of shelves in the main entrance to reduce package clutter. Tom even caught me to discuss these issues in person and to update me on the progress of any ongoing work. Truly the best and most attentive property manager I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Still love living here! I am so happy to live here! Tom Mesters the property manager has done so much for the living experience here! He’s installed community bikes, an updated common area, picnic tables, and organizes charitable events on a regular basis. Plus my apartment is spacious and I can’t hear my neighbors!”

“I have parked here for the past few years and no issues. In the summer come back to a cool car and in the winter a warm car. Price is good and the service has always been good. FYI as of 9/23/23 the terminals have changed and make sure of your new pickup number. Also the garage is under construction so dint mind the minor dust. Never any issues with any damage.”

“My grandfather and family attended this church for many many years he was a elder in the church and performed many services for the church I have memories of being in this church as early as 3 yrs of age sitting in the very first pew as our father expected us topay attention to what the Pastor was saying. Everytime we visited from out home town of Bloomingdale, NJ we attended services here and after we moved to California when I was 6 and we came to visit my grandfather and aunt we attended here my last time was in the summer of 1974 when I was 14 yrs old a couple months from being 15. My grandfather passed away Dec 1973 and my Aunt was preparing to move to California in June 1975. When iwas visiting in '74 I used to go to Eagle Rock Park in Montclair passed Yogi Berra's house and look across the bay to see the Twin Towers being completed that year.”
