I am thinking maybe next time trying something to kill the grass around the headstone. Beautiful considering its right off of two busy roads. Along the paths are lots of gorgeous trees.”

“Dedicated a New Jersey Green Acres site in the late 90's. Township residents voted down a plan to build apartments and townhomes in this wooded area between Parkville Station Rd and the Greenfield Heights and Greenfields neighborhoods. The New Jersey Turnpike divides the two wooded areas. If you look closely at the map, you can see that Biscayne Blvd, Riviera Dr and Nasau Ave line up with all of the streets in Heather Ridge. Save the trees and our sanity with more of these areas in New Jersey. ????”

“I am a local dog walker, daycare ,boarder and sitter and I walk this park with so.e of the local dogs I have to walk. Iys nice and open but has shade also on . If you didn't know any better you would think this was someone's property. But it's a nice space that was preserved. Thank the Lord.”

“Very nice neighborhood park to take the children in your life. On a good day you could plan a picnic, go on the Swings, spend some time just relaxing. Small local park just for the neighborhood, pretty well maintained by West Deptford Dept. Of Public Works. Spend a hour or two, go back to the simple things that life has to offer.”

“Love this park because it is NEVER crowded and is always empty. They have a basketball court (without nets) and big tennis courts too. There is a small playground for children and a few paths that lead down to the Delaware River. There is a boat launch at the end of the road and beach on both sides. It is very nice and relaxing to see the beautiful view of the airport, naval yard and Philadelphia skyline.”

“This is one of the least traveled parks in Gloucester County. This is a great spot for migratory and also nesting birds. If you are lucky you will hear a Bobwhite, as this is a place they release them in an effort to reestablish them. It can be tough to navigate, but park in the lot and walk through though the grass field through the gate in the fence. Turn left and follow the fence to the left around the facility until you come out into an open area, where you will turn right. From here just follow the road around the preserve.”
