We have moved many times and this by far was the most reassuring and pleasant move. From scheduling with Nick, who was extremely helpful and attentive to settling and unpacking in our new apartment. Great communication from the beginning. All of our things were treated respectfully, wrapped well, and handled carefully. Job was estimated to take 5-7 hours. They were done in just under 5. One suggestion to make this experience even better would have been a follow up call a day or two later just to check in and make sure everything went well and to get feedback. But again, no issues. “Great experience as a first time customer! When we were getting quotes for our move, others were quoting prices more than two times as what Sam did. We were initially quite sceptical as to how the quote could be so low when the others were quoting 3x, 4x of this. On the day of the actual move, the movers were on-time, diligent, respectful and completed all the tasks on time. I couldn't recommend them more. Don't be tricked by the low reviews, they're reliable and worth your money.”
