“***update! In November 2020 I came in to get an oil change service got a call from Frank Carr offering to upgrade my 2020 to a 2021 with payments being about $20 less, said sure why not! Well payments are $40 less! Also came in April 2021 to see what magic Frank could do to get my husband in to a new car with his not so good credit and he worked his magic!
