We have moved many times and this by far was the most reassuring and pleasant move. From scheduling with Nick, who was extremely helpful and attentive to settling and unpacking in our new apartment. Great communication from the beginning. All of our things were treated respectfully, wrapped well, and handled carefully. Job was estimated to take 5-7 hours. They were done in just under 5. One suggestion to make this experience even better would have been a follow up call a day or two later just to check in and make sure everything went well and to get feedback. But again, no issues. Another friend had recommended a different company but Morrissey's rates were far more reasonable and I'm thrilled I went with them. They came on time with a huge truck and four movers, and what had been estimated to take about six hours took only four (and that's including 50 minutes of travel time)! Items were put into the truck in an orderly fashion and they were efficient in placement at the destination. All the movers were courteous, friendly, and communication was crystal clear. Helen, at the main office, was very professional and helpful setting the whole thing up. I'd use again, no question.”
