“It's hard to explain how great this place is. I have never been more motivated to workout. The coaches don't just teach a class, they get to know you personally and use that to train you. Although it is a small group class, it's more of a personal experience. You are connected to the coaches through email, apps and social media as much or as little as you want. Workouts are never the same, the trainers are CRAZY FUN and the music is always jamming. I can't express how happy I am to have found my Flemington Fit Family.”
