“A workmate of mine suggested I stop in after I asked if she knew of a mid sized family orientated business operation who put the pet first. Well, she was correct. I was met by the manager who dropped everything to walk me through the many choices of food, the content of the food and a transitional filler. Wow. Great work John (if memory serves me). The food worked perfectly in and out. The service was 5 star, but I will have a follow-up, at which time I hope to be able to offer 5 stars overall. Hint....no one gets 5 star on first visit.
