“A workmate of mine suggested I stop in after I asked if she knew of a mid sized family orientated business operation who put the pet first. Well, she was correct. I was met by the manager who dropped everything to walk me through the many choices of food, the content of the food and a transitional filler. Wow. Great work John (if memory serves me). The food worked perfectly in and out. The service was 5 star, but I will have a follow-up, at which time I hope to be able to offer 5 stars overall. Hint....no one gets 5 star on first visit. “Great store with a good self wash station for the pets. Customer service is always top notch and they are always quick to help. Whenever we enter the store, we (my dog and I) are quickly greeted and asked if they can greet him and or pet him as well as give him a treat. Of course I tell them yes as he is very friendly, loves to be petted and what pup can refuse a treat.”
