“They have a good selection of pet supplies. They do have a good amount of fish, but I've been there multiple times and was unable to get an angel fish. They have an amazing clearance section that you can find great priced quality food. The clearance section is also a great place to pick up a cheap bag of food for donation that they have for families that have a hard time feeding their pets! I love giving for animals and this donation helps families too!”

Wait until Friday as they usually have sales on weekends for 30-50% off, in particular on holiday weekends. “My experience started via phone trying to add an extra cable box that the installation guy left onto my account. I called really late and i was speaking with a human in under 3 minutes. He couldnt really help me since the people who would be able to help me were long gone but the man was very friendly and gave me some advice on how to help my equipment run better. I called back the next day and after waiting less than 5 minutes i was talking with another human being and the system wouldnt let her add the cable box to my account so she told me i would have to go to the xfinity store which is 15-20 minutes from me. I went to the store and my mission was accomplished in under 10 minutes with the help of Leon. He was a great help and very friendly. Although this task wasnt as easy to accomplish as i thought, the customer service was as good as it could have been. I was with Fios for 3 years and it was the worst customer service i have ever experienced. Ive only been with xfinity for 3 weeks but i am already extremely satisfied with their customer service as well as actually recieving the services that i pay for.”

“Excellent customer service! This is the second time I walked into Music and arts and had the best customer service! The first time, I purchased a string for child's violin and they not only sold the string, but also put it on the Violin for no charge. Saved time at Violin lesson! Yesterday, needed the Violin bridge to be fixed. They not only fixed the bridge for free, but also tuned it to the scaled I wanted it to be in. They googled and watched video to learn about tuning the Violin as per Indian Classical scale. All of this at no charge. I was pleasantly surprised at the customer service, since the instrument was not purchased from them.
