The female employee did mix up our accomodations and put another guest in the room that I specifically said two of my female coworkers were assigned to. I provided her names and all and still received a call from my colleagues about this at midnight. My colleagues decided to stay in a third room that was thankfully reserved, however, so it worked out. They were especially kind in the fact that I accidentally left newly purchased food in the room refrigerator when I checked out, and they kept it in their fridge until I could get it later that day. I was so grateful because they didn't have to do this.”

His prices are extremely competitive, the quality of his work surpassed all my expectations, as well as being honest and transparent in all his work. I never once had an issue or problem with him. He works quickly, diligently, and cleanly. He repaired/refinished my existing hardwood, installed matching hardwood in several bedrooms, and did the installation of vinyl flooring in my basement. Another perk to using Deluxe Hardwood Flooring is if you need existing repairs prior to the floor installation they're capable of handling it. For example, my basement floor was uneven from missing spots of old asbestos tiling. He had a gentleman cement patch the floor, essentially covering, sealing, and leveling the floor to a flat surface before the vinyl install. This solved a ton of headache for me. Again the work was well priced, high quality, and efficient. 10/10, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing floor work. Should I have another project or house to take care of they are my go to company.”

“I searched high and low for someone to restain and put down new wood on my floors when I moved into my house. Emil came recommended from some of the moms in my town that had used him before, and I'm so glad I listened to them. Emil did such an amazing job and was the most reasonably priced compared to others.He was an extreme professional, and very patient as I was so indecisive with the color stain I wanted, but he gave me great recommendations. In addition to restaining, he had to rip out a laminate floor which was not an easy task, and he made the new hardwood floor look beautiful and new. He worked really hard to get the work done in time, and even finished early. He is meticulous, a true artist, and takes such pride in his work. He is also one of the nicest people I've met. I would not hesitate to recommend Emil or his work to anyone that needs to get new hardwood floors or restaining. I'm so pleased with my new floors and cannot say enough great things about Emil and the job he did.”
