For context my experience with Chinese food has been mostly Americanized dishes/flavors.

To date this has to be the most authentic Chinese food I’ve ever had and it was excellent! Dumplings were on point as an appetizer, and every dish made its presence felt. In terms of flavor I think the peppercorn chicken was the standout. Great spice

They were very busy (1 hour wait) so factor that in if you’re going for dinner. They’re efficient, and in general the entire waitstaff was on top of its game. It’s worth pointing out specifically that not only our waiter but others had a professional demeanor I don’t often see in most restaurants. Highly recommend this place

Highly recommend the pan fried juicy buns. Service was great and fast, front girls are very nice and pretty. Best Chinese restaurant in this area! They lunched some new dishes, definitely worth a shot!

Second time here. If there were six stars I would give it. Above and beyond service , above and beyond food. If you want to minimize the wait, come right before 5PM to wait for the first seating. My waiter with glasses at 5pm was so attentive and friendly. Even though the wait was long, he made it very clear upfront, and the food (bone in chicken with two types of peppers) was totally worth it. It’s true Chinese home cooking that you rarely get outside of China.

Soup dumplings are okay, very oily on the inside. The ginger-soy sauce helps to cut through that and compliments the richness. Food came out fast, they offered hot tea when we first sat down. The dough on the soup dumplings could be more versatile, they rip a little too easily for my taste. Overall, food was tasty and good. Fast, efficient.
