I appreciated that they called when an earlier spot opened up on their scheduled and they were able to repair my car a couple of weeks prior to my original appointment. I appreciate Laurie at the front desk reminding me to take important belongings, including some I wouldn't have thought of, as well as coordinating a ride to and from the rental car company.
