The classes are motivating and teaches the children self-defense, caring for others, to make better choices, to do their best at whatever they choose to do, It truly brings the best out of the children not only my grandchildren, but I see it in all the other kids that have been attending as well. The staff is very invested in each of the children. They work alongside the kids and are extremely motivating. The children work very hard and yet they have a lot of fun during their sessions. The saying it takes village to raise children…. Well I am extremely happy that I have Professor Noto and the staff in my village.”

The gym has air conditioning which is definitely a perk during the summer months. Plenty of parking and easily accessible. Will definitely continue to rent gym space and refer other groups to do so. “I started taking classes with Allison during the summer for Yoga By the Bay and LOVED it. This studio is small, so everything feels very perfect and all the instructors are amazing. They do an awesome job at making you feel welcome and understood, asking questions to help with limitations and explaining movements. This studio is also very size inclusive. I love this studio and look forward to every class!”
