“Shanghai Chinese have to say is one of my favorite Chinese takeout in the Monroe/ Spotswood area their food typically is very good sometimes just good just depends on who’s cooking that particular day some of your favorite dishes are the general toes chicken fried dumplings the fried wontons roast pork lo mein shrimp mefin. Their delivery is usually very on point sometimes a little bit slow but the place does get busy so take it for what it’s worth Stef on hand is usually very friendly and helpful I would definitely recommend a place the only reason for a four out of five star review is that sometimes the food is very good or just good”
