“We booked through Budget online for a RAV 4 or equivalent on Friday. The services were swift and easy. Made an online payment and was here to collect our car at 4:55 pm (closes at 5pm) when I realized as a Provisional driver I cannot rent a car. Had to rent under my wife (BDL). I called the online customer care (very difficult to reach and finally after several attempts was able to reach them ) to cancel my previous booking and create a new booking. Although the store was physically open the online customer service representative was unable to create a booking (5:10pm). We were saved and our trip was enjoyable only because of Ms. ILEANA CASTELLANOS who was stationed here and is a customer service representative. She created a booking for us and made available a SUBARU OUTBACK at the last minute. She went above and beyond to help us even getting us some discount. We were probably her last customer and the reason why she stayed overtime. She was very helpful. As soon as we picked our car we saw her leaving. Some people like doing their job while some people like to help more (on a Friday evening) and Ms Ileana was definitely one of those. Dropping of our keys on Sunday was Easy (closes on Sunday). I would definitely use the rental again and may be call this place, come here and make a booking in person next time. Would definitely look for Ms Ileana the next time we rent.”

“This place is no less than 5 star, masters are really helpful and knowledgeable helping kids learn and practice, I would say this is the best investment you can make to your kids. it would help maintain discipline and focus which was much needed for my 5 old. And they are properly awarded as they progress which provides boost to kids. Trust me I have tried 2 other places but at the end wasted 1 year searching for best. This place is the BEST..”

“I really had the best experience with Ann Espinoza! She is always available, and so amazing explaining all the steps before and after the surgery. She explained what to expect and gave me so many recommendations for different things to get; protein shakes, clear protein, vitamins, and so many other things. I really recommend Ann because she is a very patient and under stable person. I really enjoyed our appointments. She was always in communication with me and emailed all the information that she shared in the meeting to remind me in case I forgot.🤗😃”

“Dr. Apelian has been helping me manage Diabetes Type 1 for many yesrs. He keeps abreast of the latest medications, and he always makes time for me when I have a problem between appointments. In addition to being a skilled physician, he shows compassion in treating his patients. He doesn't accept any type of insurance, but I am able to get reimbursed for the modest office visit fees through my Health Savings Account. There are a couple of nice women who help with the office and the nursing. Free parking on site. Highly recommended if you need an endocrinologist.”

“Dr. Apelian is my endocrinologist. I adore him and his staff. They provide personalized health care, knowing who you are when you call and treating you more like a friend than a customer. The doctor stays abreast of all the new developments in diabetes care, and provides solutions for all my autoimmune issues. Very highly recommended. Although the office does not accept insurance, my office visits are a relatively reasonable $100.”

“To be honest, I was surprised to see some of the negative reviews here. Dr. Patel has been caring for our children for years and we adore her! Finding a practice where your children will be seen by the same doctor each time is hard to find these days and we really value that about her office. She is patient, kind and very knowlegeable. She identified a problem with my son and treated him correctly after he was misdiagnosed in an urgent care and we have never gotten push back about referrals to specialists. She explains things clearly in a way that my kids can also follow and she empowers them to be more aware of their own health and well being which is so important.”
