“We moved Dad into the Memory Care Neighborhood at Harbor Chase one week ago and his transition has gone exceptionally well. His new home has the feel of a resort hotel with bright open spaces, a large dining area and supervised access to a courtyard. At home, Dad was resisting eating table food and consumed most of his calories from Ensure shakes. He slept mostly during the day and often wandered the house during the night. Miraculously, after one week at Harbor Chase, Dad is eating three regular meals a day plus snacks. He is awake most of the day, socializing with the other residents and staff and participating in the daily activities, and then sleeping at night. The staff is caring, creative, and engaging, and they treat Dad and the other residents ethically. We have concluded that Dad’s quality of life has greatly improved since he’s been at Harbor Chase.”

I find her extremely knowledgeable and up to date on all available medications and treatments. Unlike others I have been to, she calls in my prescriptions on the same day she prescribes them and then texts you that she has done so. “I visited the pharmacy today, 5/17/18. I needed to refill a critical prescription for my son. Melissa the technician was so professional, courteous and helpful. When she initially input the insurance information, it was rejected and indicated that pre-authorization was required. However there was also a note in the system that it had been pre-authorized, this absolutely made no sense. She immediately got on the phone with the insurance company and explained to them what was happening. After about 20 minutes, the script finally went through. Unfortunately, the pharmacy was out of the medication. She sensed how upset I was and proceeded to call all neighboring CVS pharmacies to inquire if they had the medication and the correct amount. Melissa went above and beyond and provided a great patient/customer experience. I will make sure I get all future prescriptions filled at this pharmacy!!!”

“Dr Yang and office staff , they're just great on their jobs, did pretty well. I'd recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a Good dentist. They remind you about your appointment so frequently that you can't miss it. Really nice ambience in all rooms. Dr Yang is friendly and knows her job very well. I am satisfied with my treatment. Her staff is very cooperative and helps in every way they can. I just had one thing in my case, they made me postpone my appointment due to some issues at their end but fortunately I didn't have any problem physically so I was fine, on the other hand they made sure I get the next appointment in the same week. So all happy. ????????”

“Dr. Kline is an amazing doctor. He is very thorough and takes his time with his patients. There are times where you could be waiting but it is well worth it when you get into the room with him. He has been in practice for 30 years and knows exactly what he is talking about. The hours are very helpful for anyone who works late and he available two Sundays a month also which is a big plus. His staff is great and very helpful. If your looking for an amazing doctor Dr. Bradley Kline is the one to go too.”
