“Dr. Flugrad is a wonderful oral surgeon with a great personality. I just had a lot of work done by him and have absolutely no complaints. His staff was very courteous to me as well. I had to bring my 2 youngsters for two of my appointments and while he was working with me, his staff would cheer my kids up when they were a little crabby. I was very nervous the day of my surgery and talking with Dr. Flugrad beforehand completely calmed me down and put me at ease. To the complaint reviews on here, to each his own. Maybe it was your attitude that affected your experience. I personally would highly recommend George to anyone in need of major dental work. It has been a week since my surgery, and I am healing very fast and very well. Thank you to the entire staff for everything. You guys were the first step in my journey to a brand new smile!”

“First time getting a massage here and everything was wonderful! Nikki was very welcoming, kind, made sure everything was to my liking (room temperature, pressure, etc.). The massage itself was amazing! Very soothing, detailed, excellent flow to it and of course very relaxing! The place itself was very welcoming, clean, professional. You can tell Nikki takes pride in her business. Plenty of parking on the street or side streets. There's also a small parking lot located in the back, but I missed it and drove by it. “I first heard of Dr. Alb from a friend who was in the process of getting a lot of work done and I myself was in need of a dentist so being he had nothing but good things to say about Dr. Alb and his staff I made an appointment. From the first call I made to set the appointment the office admin took care of dealing with my old dentist, getting my x-rays and all that fun stuff. I didn’t have to make a single call to anyone. Everything that was covered by insurance was explained to me prior to my first visit. The first visit I had was great. Dr. Alb took the time to explain everything to me, which really made a difference as I’ve had bad experiences with other dentists in the past. His knowledge and overall demeanor will put you at ease as well as his very friendly staff. They are very knowledgeable and caring. They went above and beyond every appointment always making sure I was comfortable, not in pain and more importantly they create a fun and relaxing atmosphere....at the DENTIST!
