Their group classes with Trish are challenging and fun they focus on strength training more than group classes I’ve tried which I love. It’s great to be able to really get stronger and have proper form in a group setting, while still getting that cardio in. I am certainly satisfied thus far and have been blown away by my experience at this new facility. I also love the new renovations which are still going on. It is a top-rated facility.”

“First time getting a massage here and everything was wonderful! Nikki was very welcoming, kind, made sure everything was to my liking (room temperature, pressure, etc.). The massage itself was amazing! Very soothing, detailed, excellent flow to it and of course very relaxing! The place itself was very welcoming, clean, professional. You can tell Nikki takes pride in her business. Plenty of parking on the street or side streets. There's also a small parking lot located in the back, but I missed it and drove by it.
