Finding a practice where your children will be seen by the same doctor each time is hard to find these days and we really value that about her office. She is patient, kind and very knowlegeable. She identified a problem with my son and treated him correctly after he was misdiagnosed in an urgent care and we have never gotten push back about referrals to specialists. She explains things clearly in a way that my kids can also follow and she empowers them to be more aware of their own health and well being which is so important.”

“This is a GREAT Pediatric dental office!!! Staff is extremely friendly. I brought my friend’s grandchild for her dental visit. It is especially difficult now doing this pandemic. Social distancing is making everything so hard and my friend and her daughter had tried many times in the past to get her to see a dentist, but each time they went she didn't feel comfortable and was too scared. Although, she was a little scared today as well, the office staff helped calm her down and the Dr. Hillel explained to my friend’s granddaughter step by step what she was doing and what each tool is used for in kids lingo. “Easy location to find in Monroe right off Centre Drive. The workers at the desk were a complete delight to speak to having filled out my three forms prior to my visit (made checking in a breeze). The doctor was friendly and knowledgeable about my issue, even going slow with the numbing injection to help minimize any pain. Procedure was over in a snap and made a follow up appointment right then and there. Update: Toe is in great shape and healed in about a week, I would recommend Dr. Andrew Schmierer, to anyone.”

“I highly recommend American Unity Dental. I had a fear of dentist for quite sometime. After having my first cleaning and x-rays done with Dr Mona six months ago. I would never ever want to have to go to another dentist. I had my upper right wisdom tooth pulled today and she was so gentle and caring and very patient with me. “A few months ago I injured my arm, tearing some tendons/ligaments pretty bad. A relative recommended Dr. Christopher Doumas at University Orthopaedic Associates. Made my appointment and they got me in to see him pretty quick. After reviewing the MRI results we discussed my options, the pro's & con's, which is one of the many things I like about Dr. Doumas, he really took his time to explained everything to me, also he wasn't like you need surgery and thats it. But due to my specific factors it was decided that surgery was my best option, and I'm so glad we did as the damage was a bit worse then originally thought. The surgery went great, I was little sore that evening but very minimal and was definitely not painful, especially considering he had to drill some "brackets" into the bone. Not only was the elbow where he did the surgery pain free but the pain down my arm from the injury was actually gone, I was pleasantly amazed at that. Dr. Doumas is a great surgeon, he doesn't rush you, explains everything and makes sure your comfortable with him. His staff at University Orthopaedic Associates are all very friendly and accommodating, and unlike so many other doctor offices where you have a 1pm appt but then they make you wait for an hour which I absolutely hate, here when you have an appointment if it's at 1 pm you see the doctor at 1pm, every appointment I've had there I was taken in on time. His office is a 45 minute drive for me, there's plenty surgeons much closer to my home but I wouldn't go to anyone else but Dr. Doumas, and I would DEFINITELY recommend him”
