“This is absolutely the best salon I have ever found! A little hidden *gem* across from Birkdale Village that rivals all my old favorites from downtown Charlotte. It has all the charms of an NYC loft studio, with high-end hospitality. Before COVID they always offered beverages (soda, keurig coffee, water, etc), which I always loved. Very reasonable prices (anyone who dyes their hair knows how expensive it is). I take my children here for their haircuts as well, and my son hates getting his hair cut, always used to cry. “After looking online came into East Brunswick store to confirm some information and Bill H and his manager, hooked us up with a nice package for our appliances. Helped guide us as some product we originally wanted was discontinued from manufacturer, but were able to help us find replacement and actual better item. Also included extended warranties which we hadn't thought of, and two accessories for the appliances which we hadn't realized about. Overall even with the extras pieces it was below what I had anticipated. We've purchased here before over the years and have never had an issue, that's why we returned again. We have never had a problem with deliveries either. Over all the experience was very pleasant and we walked out completed satisfied. Everyone seems very knowledgeable and friendly. A pleasure to do business with.”

“I’m a firm believer of what you pay for is what you get. My wife and I went mattress shopping back in July. The reason was my wife has some back problems. We went to two other places before we went to Big Jim’s just to see prices and quality. I was shocked by some of the prices. Then we went to Big Jim’s. We were greeted by a friendly, respectful, saleswoman. She answered all of my questions about the mattresses that they had. Needless to say I bought two queen size mattresses for our two bedrooms. One was for our master and the other one is for our spare bedroom. I can honestly say these two mattresses are by far the best mattresses that I have ever bought. I get a good nights of relaxed pain free sleep. And so does my wife. The two mattresses that I bought were both more towards the firm side. The prices were very reasonable. I would definitely go back there again if I had to and definitely I would refer friends and family. They also offer 10% off for Veterans and First Responders.”
