I recently had surgery and staff doesn't seem to understand the urgency of contacting the Dr when I needed help with Post-OP issues. I was under the impression I say the phrase, "I'm a post-op patient," and the Dr is contacted immediately, but that doesn't always happen :(”

“Drschwartzer is great however his staff at the front desk is rude I made an appointment for a physical and I get here and they tell me is for a follow up no idea what I am following up on since I am not sick I waited a long time for this appointment to be told doctor does not have time today for a physical Why am I here them. . I took time off from work to get this done and now what I have to reschedule why? Just because they screw up does not mean I have to pay the consequences hopefully I can get at least some blood test and the flu vaccine maybe . The older lady in the front needs to go Just overall 😊”

They're good at keeping timely appointments - though in-person waiting times can be a bit longer (over the phone has little to no wait). One suggestion to the owners: in the email/text notifications that get sent to patients before their appointments, it would be good to include whether those appointments are in-person or over the phone.”
