During first visit with Dr. Lauren, a Pelvic therapist. She studied all my reports, did initial evaluation and explained clearly what she was going to do/treatment. She is a great listener and pays attention to detail and also efficient, knowledgeable & the results are terrific after 2 sessions. She took great care in making me feel comfortable/pain free. “Several of my family members have had either surgeries or inpatient stays but I never had the opportunity to experience it for myself until recently. The second we walked in I could smell the cleanliness. Being that I've never been here, finding the office suite was so simple. The waiting room was extremely inviting and clean. The front desk staff was amazing!! The front desk staff were so courteous and answered all of my questions, especially being that my son is a new patient and we were pretty nervous not knowing what to expect. There was also very little wait time. Dr. Bassani was extremely thorough and knowledgeable and helped me and my son (13) understand exactly what our options were and guided us through the process of his upcoming MRI. My son has never had an MRI and was a little nervous regarding what to expect but Dr. Bassani put his mind at ease and explained everything to him in a way that he could understand. She explained how they should fit and if I chose well fitting frames, I could wear them and and just by tilting my head down see far w/o having to take my glasses on and off. She went thru how to care for the frames as well and to come back if the arms loosen up and they would tighten them for free.
