“I needed a toilet replaced and first called Quality Pro and spoke with Mike the owner. He gave me options as well as recommended line of toilet that he carries. Told Mike that we purchased our own toilet and there was no push toward his product, just to let him know when toilet arrived and gave us a quote we could work with for install. The day came for installation and Julian called to let me know when he would arrive and Julian showed up on time. Did all prep work, install and removed old toilet and all packaging with new toilet. Julian is really knowledgeable with plumbing and got new toilet installed in no time. Cleaned up work area and said if there were any issue to call company back. Gave me payment info matching quote that I got. 2 weeks now and no issues with new toilet. Exceptional experience from quote to finished install. Also, I was told that if we decide to sell our house, mentioning that we have a home warranty would be an excellent selling point. My sales representative answered all of my questions and worked with me on the plan that I wanted. When I told the rep that we had a plumber from one of our former suppliers that we had used for years, he responded that we could use our regular plumber as long as their licenses were valid and approved. That was another factor that influenced my decision. When you've worked with a contractor for 12 years, it's difficult to switch to someone else.
