Adam and his crew where just phenomenal in the work that was done! I’m so glad I went with Floors by the Shore as they really stood by their word. I had a leak in my basement and I was so concerned with mold, but they came out so fast and cleaned the basement floor so well. Since the carpet was already old and now ruined, they ripped up the carpet and took it all away in a blink of an eye. I was so impressed with them that I’m having them install new LVT flooring in the basement. I would highly recommend this company! The crew was so friendly and fast, and the girls in the office were very informant and responsive to me on what was being done. Thank you, Floors by the Shore! You made me such a pleased customer. I wish I could give you 10 stars!

These people really know their trade. They do so much research and development on how to improve their craft. All the time they spend to educate and become better at the services they offer really shows. Really environmentally conscious and detail oriented. Good job A+++

I wish I could give more stars! For my dream kitchen, the decorative luxury vinyl floor tile was made in England. No one carried it on the east coast and it had to be special ordered. Marianne set up a new account with the company and made sure enough tile would be delivered - and this was done rather quickly and with no problems. Adam set his sights on the floor. The new sub floor was first sanded and then all crevices and and nail holes filled with a layer of Ardex feather finish to even out any imperfections, then a double glue down. This is important to quiet the floor and to make a perfectly flat surface (shadow free) - adhesive, Shaw Groundworks underlayment, adhesive and last on the top, the tile themselves. Corey, with the precision of a surgeon, installed the tile - and it wasn't simple. There were several patterns and they were not all cut the same coming out of the box. It was very hard, but all of it came out beautifully! I am so very pleased with the outcome, the professionalism, the expertise, and most importantly, the caring and approachable manner by which Marianne and Adam cared about the project and making sure everything was done correctly. I initially hired Adam for carpet cleaning. He was very professional and thorough. Since I was very impressed with Adam, I referred him to my boss since we needed new flooring in the office. Again, he did not disappoint. So I hired him to carpet a newly finished basement. He is the most experienced and knowledgeable flooring person I spoken to. He really spent a lot of time with my wife and I to understand what we were looking for and make sure he got us the best carpet available within out budget. I would highly recommend Floors by the Shore for all your flooring needs.

Adam and his crew did exceptional work on a large project with a tight timeline. They refinished existing hardwood and installed new hardwood. Their recommendations on finishing products worked out well and it looks great. They also installed new wall to wall carpet as well as a stair runner and some area rugs with high quality wool. We also had them clean the rest of our carpets and oriental rugs throughout the house. They all look as good as new.
