(April 29, 2022, 10:26 am)I've been competing and training at The Pit for about 6 months and have always been very impressed with the helpfulness of the staff and respectfulness of the members. It's hard to find a place that caters to powerlifting AND strongman, but Gina and her crew are always adding new equipment and making the gym a one-stop-shop for lifters of all kinds. If grunting like a maniac and punishing your body aren't your thing, there is plenty of equipment and expertise that surpasses what you would find in a chain commercial gym. They host a lot of clinics and competitions throughout the year, so if you're looking for a strength gym to call home, this is it.

(April 29, 2022, 7:40 am)Looking for a serious lifting gym with the atmosphere to back it? You've found it! I live over 2 hours away and still make the trip to train here whenever I can. The PIT has equipment for whatever strength sport you are into and the space to be able to actually train!! Definitely need to get out to this gym

They literally have EVERYTHING you would want or need to get and stay healthy. In house massage, apparel, healthy meals, snacks….great vibes with the members and a sick space! Definitely check out if you’re in the area…you won’t regret it! Thanks Gina for having a gym where everyone is welcome. The variety of equipment, quality of implements and staff is unparalleled! Highly recommend The Pit Gym!!

(April 28, 2022, 2:26 pm)I'm not even trying to be dramatic, but this is really the best gym around. you want powerlifting? check. Strongman? Check. Bodybuilding? Check. The staff is so nice they really take the time to actually get to know their members as well as Gina. The members are what makes it over the top! Everyone is so helpful, fun and downright hysterical. If you're looking for a gym just come here. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk.
