Project Brunch

One of our favorite spots for brunch! It’s BYOB for mimosas but you can bring whatever you fancy! The food quality is top notch, farm to table and always served fresh and delicious! I went with the South of the Border Benny which is my go to and you have to try one of the specialty frozen lattes or hot cocoas, the calories are worth it! Make a reservation online in advance! It’s popular so you’ll be waiting on the weekends if you don’t. The wait is worth it! 6 stars!

Went on a Sunday around 1pm and there was a 45 minute wait. Restaurant is in a shopping plaza so there is plenty of parking. Hostess was very nice. Wait staff friendly. Place was very busy, the staff really hustles. I had the chicken and waffles. It comes with a side of what tasted like Buffalo-style butter, which I don't care for in general so I didn't use it. The chicken was thick chicken tenderloins with Italian breadcrumbs-not too crispy, I prefer more of a crispy fried chicken---like those fried chicken places :), but it was still really good. It was a wait for the food. But they were really busy and the Grinch was walking about taking pictures with the customers. Great atmosphere, great staff, affordable... highly recommend.

Been here several times and should’ve made a review already! Food and menu is great! Even better is the staff, in particular 1 named Sydney. Sydney has waited on me a few times and every time she brings the same amazing energy, smiles and great personality! Truly makes for a great experience each time visiting Project Brunch. PB is very fortunate to have someone like Sydney!! Great job and thank you!

Fantastic place for a brunch on a Sunny weekend, I treated my family to this place and it is delish! Love the vibes and amazing food selections! Our waitress was fantastic, love to come back here with my loved ones again. For anyone that loves Cinnamon Toast Crunch, I recommend the Cinnamon Toast Crunch French toast! The corned beef hash was amazing, the way they did it was really good and different from other corned beef hash from other places! Also the frozen French vanilla iced coffee was awesome too! Loved the mason jars that the coffee and orange juice came in! Thank you for such an amazing experience!

Went with the Shrimp N Grits, not disappointed at all! Side of Corn Beef Hash and Bacon Filled Pancakes sealed the deal. Project Brunch has a little something for everyone.

Cool Decor/Vibe and bright overall feeling from the door to the table. Might want to check ahead because they do get busy...but we were in and out no wait!
