(August 28, 2018, 8:34 pm)We went to Ramtown Carpet One in Farmingdale knowing that we needed all new carpets for the upstairs and new wood floors for the downstairs of our new home. To be honest, I walked in their doors a little stressed about the decisions to be made and the prices to be paid, but Nancy immediately put us at ease. Her demeanor and knowledge made this experience an enjoyable one. At no time at all did we feel pressured to make a purchase, but in the end, I could not be happier that we chose Ramtown to give our business to. Thank you Nancy. After the sale was made, we then dealt with Tom for the installation process. Tom was extremely accommodating when it came to dealing with our busy schedules. A few times we needed to cancel appointments and each time Tom was understanding and worked around our schedule to get the different steps done. His knowledge of the job to be done when he first visited the house was extremely impressive. Everything he said was correct and best of all, there were no hidden additional costs. Thank you Tom. The lesson I learned through this whole experience is that yes, there are times you can save a few dollars and get a job done on the cheap. But, what you sacrifice there is QUALITY and CUSTOMER SERVICE, two areas that Ramtown Carpet One excels it. It was a pleasure doing business with them.
(August 26, 2018, 9:35 am)I have had 2 projects completed by Ramtown Carpet One. The first was in 2014 when I had wall to wall carpeting installed. In August 2018, as part of my kitchen renovation, I returned to Ramtown again because of my great experience with their store in 2014. My kitchen floor has 'unique' issues (which I won't delve into here) and I sought the advice of Nancy as to what material would be best to use for the new floor. She recommended luxury vinyl planks and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! What a great call Nancy made- she really knows her stuff! When I came to the store to choose the floor, Jesse was patient with me as I struggled to choose just the right one. Eric's installation crew were efficient and paid attention to detail. There was one minor issue that I noticed after the job was completed and Tom's concern that it be resolved quickly and to my satisfaction was reassuring. Tom & Eric came back and took care of it.
Overall, I highly recommend Ramtown Carpet One to anyone that is looking for a professional, friendly, and stress free shopping and installation service. They made me feel like I was their only client. They are fantastic!
(May 21, 2018, 7:46 am)Ramtown Carpet One Floor was nothing short of amazing. As a new home owner, new floors were a necessity and i was pointed in the direction of Ramtown flooring. Not knowing what i really wanted, ramtown flooring employees were very kind and helpful through this process by showing us pictures, samples, and giving their expert opinion. I first used them for our basement and after seeing what an amazing job they did, i immediately went back to them to finish the rest of the house. Great prices, even better work. I highly recommend Ramtown Flooring for anyone in the need of flooring services.

The installers were proficient and quick. You will not go wrong by choosing Ramtown Floors!!!! I will definitely be using them again in the future!
