EDIT*
After calling and speaking to the branch manager, Belinda, my visits to the bank have greatly improved. Thank you. I am glad that I reached out and got this issue resolved.
Every time I am in that bank my day is ruined. When I am walking up to the counter I automatically dread the encounter.
I recently financed a car through Chase bank and it was time to pay my first car payment. I never check my personal cell phone voicemail because it is always so many and I am always being lazy when it comes to listening to my voicemail. I received an email from Chase to setup an account for my auto loan. I proceed to click the link to do so. It asked me for my account number that the loan was under and I didnt know. Well you can't move forward until you have that information. So I called the auto finance number and a young lady asked me a series of questions to ensure I was who I said I was. When she asked me my ask, I gave it to her. She kept saying no that's it not we have on file. So I said maybe the dealership put my old license address and that wasn't it. So it was frustrating giving this lady the last 10 years of addresses. She finally said, ma'am call back when you have the right information. I asked her before we hung up, are you looking at my car information or an old checking account. She ensured me it was my car account. So now I am trying to figure out what to do next. I finally broke down and called my voicemail, listening to 89 thousand voicemails that have piled up. After about the 50th voicemail, I hear a Chase representative saying to call her. I called the number and spoke with a coworker because the individual that left a message was out. She asked a series of questions. The address was the problem. The dealership inputted the numbers wrong in the system. I gave the lady the correct address and she gave me the account number. So now it's time to setup my login, but I couldnt log it because the system kept telling me it's the wrong account number. I was livid. So I said no more phone calls and to the store I go. I visited the Chase bank in Midlothian Texas and was quickly greeted by Ryan Zimmerman and he jumped right into action. I told him my issues and my frustration. At this point I didn't want anything more than to pay my bill. He took care of me. He verified my information, called customer service, inputted my correct address and help me setup my online account. Then filled out my deposit sheet to pay in the store. If it wasn't for Ryan I probably will be still in the same situation. If he isn't in management then he should be or a trainer. He did what was needed to take care of my needs. A huge kudos to Ryan Zimmerman for taking the extra steps and going beyond.
I have banked at this location the whole time I have had an account at Chase. I have had nothing less than awesome service! I walk in there and they good morning me by name! They aren't stuck up like wells Fargo or a couple other banks I have been to and have always went out of there way to assist me in whatever I was doing. The company I worked for has their business. Account there and when there was any kind of problem Chase handled it! It was awesome that I didn't have to go back and forth from work to Chase to straighten it out. Even when I have multiple purchases on Internet, I have had chase call me to assure that it was me making the transactions, who else does that!? This branch is awesome, I wouldn't bank anywhere else period!
