Prices are a little high but love the diversity of the closing and the staff and each one I've been to has been amazing

This was the first time that I have been into a Cato’s store in over 10 years. The staff “Hadie” was awesome! I apologize if the name is spelled incorrectly. However, I wanted to acknowledge the great customer service that she provided to me and everyone else that walked in while I was there. I needed dress clothes for a new job, she pointed me to the correct section, explained that if I found something that I liked but they didn’t have it in stock that they could order it on line for me. It was nice to visit a company where the staff was happy to help me and offer suggestions.

Friendly staff. No hovering. Good prices. Good quality. Plus size myself and came out with couple of bags of merchandise. Didn't buy more because I'm limiting what I spend.

I love clothes from cato's I ordered a shirt online with in store pickup. The sales lady offered to let me try it on before I left the store. I also picked up a few more items that looked great.
