“I first hired Stelios to replace a TV Wall Mount for my mother. Right away he was courteous and patient with our questions. After completing, my mother showed him one or two other minor items that I guess had been on her list, and Stelios generously helped her out tightening a screw here or explaining how to fix a problem there. It may not sound like much but it left both my mother and I confident we had found a hard-working and honest handyman. I have since hired Stelios several more times and each job has been done well and at an extremely fair cost. Both my mother and my sister have also reached out to him. We've had him install shelving, paint, caulk showers, extend walls, etc. He is not one of those guys that you feel like he is trying to line his pockets. If he thinks what I am asking him to do can be done differently, saving me money and maintaining the quality I was looking for, he tells me. He has also been great with making sure I know everything I need to before I ask him to do a job. An example is I was hiring him to extend a wall, and before I hired him he wanted to make sure I understood the changes to natural light availability and also airflow for the HVAC system.
