“I am not one for writing reviews but I have had such great experiences at R & J Auto Repair that I needed to share them. I have brought all five of my children’s vehicles there over the past 4 years for a variety of issues. Lisa and her father have been nothing less than absolutely amazing. They treat you with care, curiosity and work with your schedule to get the vehicle repaired in a timely manner. They explain the mechanical issue and the most cost effective way to address it. It’s rare to find this level of honesty and reliability in todays world. I would never take any of my vehicles anywhere else.”

“Nick and his team saved the day, and at much lower cost than expected. When my dad was visiting NJ from Colorado with his RV, we needed to catch up to some deferred maintenance, and it just couldn't wait any longer. Dad and I are both pretty competent backyard mechanics ourselves, but we didn't have the tools, time and energy for this one. We really felt we needed a truck repair shop with heavy duty tools and the right expertise, and it didn't take long talking to Nick and his assistant to realize that we found the right shop. Nick got the job done, did it right, and was at least 30% less for labor than we would have expected. His biggest detraction, in this echoes some of the other reviews here, regards communication. Since Nick is answering the phone himself, and only via his cell phone, getting a hold of him is sometimes a little challenging. But once you're on his radar and your job is in front of him, he's on it and sticks with it. Stellar work, and I'm going to be bringing more his way!”
