“Great experience! Will never use Party City again after working with Balloon & Co. I contacted Balloon & Co. to create a photo backdrop for my daughter’s first birthday. I explained that I wanted to stay within my budget and they were so accommodating. The person I spoke to on the phone was so friendly! She was detail-oriented and asked about theme, colors, and what exactly I imagined. On the morning of the party, the set-up person was great and worked with my venue to find a spot for the balloons. She was early and set up the display quickly. It looked absolutely beautiful! It was perfect and even better than I expected. THANK YOU! I called John because he is both an electrician and an HVAC repairman, which means that if the problem is with the electric wiring of the house, he was qualified to fix it. His fee for visiting was remarkably modest -- $90. I watched him as he took apart the big metal box outside the house. He was careful and methodical and clearly knew what he was doing. He found several parts that needed replacing, but recommended we get a new unit, as ours is 32 years old. He was courteous and explained things well. He struck me as honest and ethical, and I would certainly recommend him to a friend.”
