(March 7, 2021, 9:53 am)I just love it and I can not wait to go back when I return to the area. We are challenged, but not to the point of throwing up. The group is friendly and welcoming; people help each other out. It does get really hot in the summer and could use an extra fan or two. I was able to do well on my annual Army physical fitness test. This is a very efficient way to work out.
(August 6, 2019, 7:20 pm)I have been going to this gym since it opened. This gym has more equipment that just about any other gym of its type. The coaches are all accommodating and knowledgeable in both basic and advanced movements, as well as injury prevention and treatment. 5 stars.
