This is our first camper so we had a lot of questions, some very basic, some confusing : ) They always took the time to answer any of our questions and concerns. At first, we were going to have the van transported to the West Coast but Chris, the owner, encouraged us to pick up the van in person. We are soooo happy we made this decision and what a way to break in the tires! Chris went through every part of the van in an orientation that took about two hours. Seriously if you are thinking about buying a van, you should make sure to do this! The quality and craftsmanship exceeded our expectations!
