Amazing Old School Gym. Run by a Real Bodybuilder. Remember The Gyms When America was America. You come here to train and Grow. Is Worth the 70 Minutes Trip from NYC to Train Here. Will Come Back,Repeat and Train.

Best gym hands down. Gary is a gentleman. Many people there to help and cheer you on. Great atmosphere. Knowledge to share. I really can't say anything bad about it.

One of the coolest places I have been to in a long time. A great gym with an almost even greater owner. He lives and breathes the sport and is super likeable. Very well equipped. Not much space but packed with great oldschool Equipment and a great yard where one can lift outside! I would not hesitate a second and sign up if I lived in the area!

Gary is a true class act and his gym is a true gem in the fitness community! If you want to experience the atmosphere of a true gym as well as meet one of the nicest gym owners around, a trip to Fitness City is a must. Plus, you get the added benefit of training in New Jersey's only outdoor workout area!
